Our additive manufacturing initiative ENABLE 3D is one of our key asset when it comes to brand differentiation. Therefore, we are even more happy that our project won the gold trophy at the German Innovation Awards!
With ENABLE 3D we are offering perfectly designed accessories for every WIESEMANN 1893 product. We are able to offer customers a much better product experience and get a little step closer to digitize the entire value chain.
German Innovation Award
The jury explained their award: “WIESEMANN has taken the first step from being a hardware to design-first company with ENABLE 3D. The option for do-it-yourselfers and craftsmen to print out additive products themselves on their printer at home not only avoids trips but also saves resources. On top of this, users are actively integrated into the production and development process, which reinforces the customer relationship. A timely offer that rethinks the added value chain and holds out the promise of great benefits. In addition, this solution opens up many interesting future opportunities.”
A total of 680 submissions from German and international companies from a wide range of industries were accepted for the German Innovation Award 2021, including hidden champions and start-ups as well as many well-known brands.
